72 now. We had 78 officially sign up last year but we had over 100 show up. This year will break 100 again it looks like with us having this many already officially!
We always have a bunch show that aren't signed up but are always welcome. Sign up gives us a loose head count for the restaurant manager.

And this place handled the crowd like pros... Couldn't have asked for better service etc.

Roosters took care of us in stride. I believe we have found a home for the early bird meat and greet.

I agree that this is probably the most we have had sign up this early. I am anticipating a "parking lot" planning & bull session after Roosters.
