yeah i thought this was a camaro thread not a mustang one whats with all the mustang owners on this?? i don't go to mustang threads and talk up camaros lol

Ya, I'm going to throw up my "WHOOPIDY DO" flag.

Great for Ford... If I wanted to read about it, I'd go to a Mustang forum.

It still looks slammed so Ford will be using the FR CJ setup that was used in the GT350. With the suspension alone and the current 550hp rating, I can see the 2013 SVT Mustang breaking 12.0@121mph that the GT350 produced. Most of the improvement will be the Ford Racing Cobra Jet setup but if the output is 612hp, mid 11's could be possible.

Ford should have used the FRCJ setup along time ago but.... I understand why they didn't. Now only one thing is missing....

I originally posted this update in the Camaro vs. thread, it was moved to the Camaro vs. Mustang thread. The reason it was moved is probably because this particular SVT Mustang is being produced to annihilate the ZL1 and could become a long, drawn out discussion and is easily lost within the mega thread. Ford is building this car right before our eyes because they know GM is committed to the LSA/TR6060 MG9 at 4150lbs and bringing back the Terminator for its 20th anniversary to terminate the competition before the redesign is a sensitive subject... but it should not be ignored...

What do you expect to see in the "Camaro vs" sub-forum? Camaro vs Camaro vs Camaro? I just don't understand the thought process of being surprised or upset about seeing mustang information in the "camaro vs" or "other cars" sub-forums. The Mustang is by far the Camaro's biggest competitor, so what do you think is going to be by far the most commonly discussed vehicle in sub-forums about other cars?

What exactly is it that you would expect, or want, to see in this sub-forum?

You guys know full and well that there is two threads for you to post your mustang crap into. We are not going to argue about this anymore. Stop making new threads when you know exactly where you should be putting the new mustang info. Any more new threads from members that KNOW BETTER will be looked upon as nothing less than trolling activity.

The car wasnt called the terminator it just the code name..
I dont think they reuse code names..
But since ford got tons of respect and love for that car the should make a cobra terminator version.. 700HP GT500 Terminator wrap it with 345's in the back to make it go..
Give the cobra emblem glowing red eyes like a terminator and put terminator on it somewhere like a front mount air to air intercooler..
