My son also had his LS2 GTO with bolt ons tuned by AA and it made 399 before tune and 419 after tune and these cars make between 370-380 with bolt-ons and tune. Both cars run great by the way.

My son went 2 days later and re-dynoed it at another shop in H-town and it put down 375 which is normal.

This is why I'm saying the dyno is off by quite a bit. Not trying to be an a-hole here I'm just stating what I've noticed. And even though the dyno is brand new it doesnt mean its not off.
This why a dyno doesn't mean crap. It is nothing more than a tuning tool and too many people live to tell what their car makes on a dyno. They are great for maximizing a cars performance and can be used to determine power increases for new upgrades if the same dyno is used. I would rather you show me at the track what your car can do instead of telling me how much you put down on a dyno.

Please read the quote I posted earlier:

Plus you have to factor in SAE setting, corrected and uncorrected settings, also bench dynoing with higher elevation cars will never work with cars that dyno with under sea level. So if you are comparing different shop dynos you must compare apples to apples.

Also doing a quick google search, I found this thread and many others telling you why there is a difference on different dynos:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...-in-dynos.html

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...ojet-dyno.html

http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/dynamo...-dyno-jet.html

And Last but not least I search on this forum about dyno difference:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63653

please read the literature and understand that all dynos are not the same.

I understand completely that dynos are different and that theyre used as tuning tools to measure gains from one thing to another. Thats why I really wanted to see this car run at TX2K12. I've seen some 5th gens with this kind of power run at the track and I have an idea at what kind of times they should run. But I've never seen somebody run with this kind of power on a manual trans in these cars so I'm really looking forward to seeing it run one day soon.

I hope the OP posts up when he's going to the track to run his car. I would really like to see it run and also "JUISSED". I havent seen his car or him since his car was only bolt-ons so I hope he has it ready to run soon
