Really that's a lot! My car had more in it but I didn't want to chance it. I really have no doubt there is at least 900 in it.

Do you know how many degrees of timing it had and what A/F was? Id love to compare the dyno graphs.

You would have to call MC Racing. My friend Justin tunes for them and he is the one who tuned the car. Thats how I know about it. MC racing did all the mechanical work.

So it looks like you didnt make it to the TX2K12 event after all. And on a side note we've told Wally about his dyno being way off. I just had a friend of mine get his bolt on LS3 2010 Camaro tuned by him and it made 450+ before the tune and 465 after the tune and we all know that is incorrect. Also a bolt-on LS2 GTO made 420 after the tune which is also way off. We did get the GTO re-dynoed at another shop and it put down 375 rwhp which is normal. The tuning however on both cars is phenomenol, they both run great!! Wally did an awesome job on the tunes but the numbers were way off.

Either way good luck with your build and I hope to see it at the track one day

Auto adrenaline's dyno is new. I can't imagine it needing calibration already.

I know its brand spankin new and still very shiney lol..............

But by the numbers I posted above, it is way off.

I'm not saying his numbers arent achievable as "BigDog's" car puts down somewhere around the same numbers on a stock short block with a YSI also but I'm just sayin the numbers could be off somewhat

But as long as the AFR is okay, then he should be good

All dynos are made different though. It's known to everyone that mustang dyno vs. dynojet dynos that mustang dyno read lower because it's designed as a load bearing dyno. Dynojets are widely used by nascar and one of the most popular dynos. Plus you have to factor in SAE setting, corrected and uncorrected settings, also bench dynoing with higher elevation cars will never work with cars that dyno with under sea level. So if you are comparing different shop dynos you must compare apples to apples.

One of the vettes here dyno'ed 773 and then 780 at G-force's and trapped 143mph.... Lol.... @9.80.

The dyno is just a tool... So I digress.

Just sayin...........

Question: Are you saying a LS3 before bolt on dynoed 450 and after bolt ons dynoed 15 more hp. Or are you saying that tune alone did 15hp.
Also the 450hp before and 465 after was that on the same dyno?

Yes a friend of mine had his car tuned there by Wally a month or so ago and those were his numbers on their dyno. And we all know that these cars with bolt ons and tune make between 410-420. He hasnt re-dynoed somewhere else yet.

My son also had his LS2 GTO with bolt ons tuned by AA and it made 399 before tune and 419 after tune and these cars make between 370-380 with bolt-ons and tune. Both cars run great by the way.

My son went 2 days later and re-dynoed it at another shop in H-town and it put down 375 which is normal.

This is why I'm saying the dyno is off by quite a bit. Not trying to be an a-hole here I'm just stating what I've noticed. And even though the dyno is brand new it doesnt mean its not off.
