help with rim offsets

I am looking to do a set of 18's out back and looking to do a set of 19's in the front.

I am struggling to find a good offset. i want to run around a 315 out back and a full size up front.

Does anyone have any specs on a rim offset? i am looking at the apex sm10 and it comes in a 35MM offset. opinions on if this will work?

pics with specs would be great.

I need something with a little bit of a wrinkle to it but dont wanna give up to much of the appearance side.

I guess basically just looking to see what offset everyone is running to get to the biggest tire size you can get the car is lowered about 1.5 inches.
