2006 Corvette supercharged or 2016 Camaro SS?

So I have a 2006 Corvette with a Callaway air intake, SLP headers and Callaway exhaust. I recently paid it off last month but have been wanting the Gen 6 Camaro since I found out it was going to be lighter (I previously had a 4th gen SS). I plan on boosting my vette if I keep it but I am still debating to keep it or sell it. So my question is, what would be a more fun, enjoyable car? A boosted vette or a 2016 Camaro?

Edit: My Corvette is an A6 and if I get a Camaro, it would also be an A8 due to it being faster than the M6. Also, has anyone noticed the difference in performance (if any) between the 1SS and 2SS (because of the weight difference).

I like the regular blue like your car, the "baby blue" not so much because it reminds by of Ford's Grabber blue.

The Vette, since it's paid off. If you still enjoy the car, why buy a new one when you have no more payments?

Yea that's the reason I am really debating it because it is nice not having a car payment but then again I've never had a new car and the new Camaros are so good. A boosted vette sounds like a lot of fun as well. So yea I have been undecided for over to sell it or not for like 8 months already.

Park the Vette drop insurance and buy a Camaro. Tuck your pennies aside to buy a blower. Problem solved.

Really though that's a tough call. I've got the itch myself but my wife wants (and needs) a new 4Runner. Family first here.

Good luck with your decision. Either way I really don't think you can go wrong either way as long as it's installed quickly and is still reliable. That is if it's your only ride.

Thanks for all the input guys. I think I'm going to put my vette up for sale to test the waters and if I sell it for a reasonable price, I will then get a 6th gen camaro. If I don't, then I will just keep it and upgrade it .

If I get one, I probably won't boost it until at least a year but sounds like it would be incredible.

My insurance isn't that bad since I have a great record so that is not a big deal. The vette is just my toy/race car. I have a 2009 Cobalt SS as my daily. I do not have children but in the future I probably will and it would be nice to have the back seats to have them ride with me. There are just some great deals right now, that I am even tempted to keep the vette and get the camaro as well but that would not make sense to have 3 cars lol.

I owned three C6s including a 2012 Z. Might not have the sex appeal, but honestly, I prefer the camaro especially if we are talking daily driver. The handling, motor, interior quality is miles about a C6.

So pretty much all my C6 has is the weight advantage and that it is a corvette? Well I'm going to test drive some camaros to see if I fall in love again
