SS 1LE or ZL1 front Brembo

Hi guys,
I tried to have this thread at the Road Course sub-forum but it went sideways.
I'll be happy to get input from people that tracked their car and people that upgraded from a regular 1LE.

I came to the point that my standard 4 pots is holding me back on the track. It's not the stopping power, but the overheating and pad glazing/rotor hot spots.
I talked to my favorite Online GM parts vendor and he suggested the 1LE kit for $1500 or ZL1 kit for $1700. Both do not include pads.
Which kit should I go with?

Thanks

I’m not sure about fitment or clearance or anything technical like will your wheels clear them or not, but what I do know are the brakes on my ZL1 are pretty much the finest I’ve ever felt and used. With the right pad they excel at the track.
