I agree with you to an extent- in fact I hate lawyers...however, if the person is grossly negligent and caused this person an injury while being so, I hope that the injured nails the person to the wall. Then maybe they would pay attention when they drive. This is different than spilling hot coffee on your own crotch and suing a fast food chain because of the burns. This is going to be more than just a replacement car and band-aids for the guy who got hit. A broken pelvis is going to be issues down the road, and it is going to suck. It is a case like this where it makes sense to take someone to court IF the person is negligent/ operating in an unsafe manner. If it was purely an accident, I would not blame the guy for not suing. Generally people get t-boned because somebody did not know what red/STOP means.

Glad you are ok, if you can swing it get the CTS-V Coupe, hands down in my opinion!! I have had 2 Cadillacs in the past and loved them!! Of course the ZL-1 would not be horrible by any means!!

As much as I love my Camaro, if you can afford it I don't see how you wouldn't choose the CTS-V. Very near the same performance as the ZL1 with twice the luxury and appointments. I've only had one Cadillac, a 1996 Fleetwood Brougham with the Corvette-derivative LT1 V8 and that was one awesome car.

Glad you are ok. I will say that I was very surprised how quick the CTS-V sedan was when I had it out at Camaro5 FestII. It ran a 12.50 bone stock with people in it. There are a lot of upgrades you can do to it as well. Oh and the interior is waaayyyy more comfortable than the camaro. For the price of the V I say get the camaro and make it a lot quicker. Just my .02

Yes but it looks like he was hit more where the engine is located. My engine was not touched at all. It was in my driver's side door.

I agree with this. Actually, he is trying to sue ME. It was legally my fault, due to the fact that I was at a stop sign when this occurred. I couldn't see him due to the construction company that decided to park their ****ing piece of shit bulldozer in the way.

I have an SS and a V-Coupe Blacked Out. I can say I get more looks in the V-Coupe, plus its much more comfy, not too mention the minimal money I put into it and its a beast.

CTS-V Coupe (not the sedan!)
The ZL1 is gonna be a great car, no doubt. But to be honest, you can take an SS and mod it to make the same, or better, Camaro. Hell there are already a ton out there that are even better that the ZL1 is going to be. The CTS-V Coupe is a Cadillac! Either way... you lived! (...and enjoy your new bad ass ride, whatever it is)

zl1 is a awesome car to have but its the same price as a cts v. its two doors compared to four and same hp. I'm a camaro enthusiast love every camaro but the price for zl1 as rumors i think its better value for a cts v
