My centri dyno numbers

See a lot of people are wondering if they should go turbo or centri. I love my little D1X, I like the simplicity and it’s definitely a head turner. Just a short rundown on my build. Forged bottom end, 416 CI, Holley hi ram, long tube headers, TFS 255 heads, AGP fuel system, Cam Motion blower cam, runs on 93 and E85. Really fun street car on 14 pounds. Numbers would’ve been a little higher without the R888Rs on it, still a 2.5 inch exhaust (ran out of play money for a 3 inch) and I’m still running the small procharger intercooler but I’m happy with it for now. Pulls hard, great street manners.

849 rwhp and 723 torque

Great build and super numbers. Love the linear power of a centri and the sound of the motor 5500 to redline.

That's about the sweet spot. Taking it any further proves to be a struggle for traction.

Nice numbers my friend. Did IMC do the build or just your tune? Mine is there now to have the tune fixed. Justin seems like a really squared away dude. Can'r wait until mine is done. Was your car the within the last several weeks? If so I seen it when I dropped mine off, really nice set up.

Not too bad. Pretty much the same build I’m doing but on a 408. What’s your cam specs? 6 speed or auto?

Indiana Muscle Car did the tuning for me. I actually built the engine and car myself. Justin is a super cool dude. He showed me around the shop and they do great work. I had my car tuned this spring.

2.5 inch exhaust is fine at 800 hp although he did say with a better/bigger intercooler and 3 inch exhaust I probably wouldve been a lot closer to 900 rwhp. Its not ideal but it works.
