RX dual valve catch can

Received my dual valve RX catch can for my 416 in the SS right around when it was stolen. Contacted Tracy Lewis about possibly returning it since everything went to shit. He told me to just hang on to it since I told him I was going to buy another Camaro to replace it.
Well I replaced it with a 1LE that comes factory with a catch can so I contacted him. He said trust me, the factory one helps but it has nothing on his design. As you can see the oil on the outlet port on the 1LE catch can. So now here we are on an extended weekend.....
The 1LE factory catch can connects to the intake tube infront of the TB. You can just reuse that port and the CSS(piece that replaces the oil fill/factory 1LE catch can part) screws into the passenger valve cover and a hose runs from it to that port.
The catch can itself I mounted to the bottom bolt that holds the belt tensioner to the waterpump. 15mm socket and ratchet will get it. I clamped the catch can in the clamshell clamp low enough to raise the bottom of the catch can so it will clear the bottom radiator hose. Just happened to be 2" from the bottom. 11mm or 7/16 will do that and also the two bolts that mount the clamp to the bracket.
Time to pull the factory cap off the port on the driver valve cover and disconnect the factory hose that connects the valley cover of the LS3(L99 will be different) to the passenger side of the intake manifold. I run a hose from the valve cover over to the valley port and T into it. I then connect those to the middle port on the catch can.
Now hook up one of the outside ports on the catch can to the port on the intake manifold with hose.
Get the drill out. It's time to drill a dedicated port in the intake tube just infront of the TB to install the venturi tube. It provides vacuum while your at WOT because there is no vacuum in the manifold at that time. I used a 31/64" drill bit so that it would be a tight fit. Drill a pilot hole with like a 3/8" drill bit straight so it won't slip then use the proper bit size at an angle if possible so it will be a nice sturdy fit. Make sure the location you chose is far enough back that the venturi doesn't hit the throttle blade though. Use oxygen sensor safe RTV sealant and push it in. Takes 4-6 hours to set up. Over night is best. Most zip tie the venturi down so it won't move while it's setting up but my Vararam DRX is pretty thick so it holds it at the angle pretty sturdily.
Hope this helps because this kit is pretty hard core and since I'm pretty hard core I broke it down for everyone on how I installed it.
