My guess is the hose becomes a wear item and that particular kit choked the cross section down 15% with their adapters that attacked to the stock from ducts.

The hose is a wear item, correct.
Which is why I put a sacrificial helping of duct tape where the tire rubs.

Looks like they are done selling this kit... anyone know of any other options for ducting?
I saw their kit had an aluminum adapter on the bumper side- I prefer that over plastic. If not- I do have a 3dprinter.. wish I could get a hand on the file... the 3d printed duct does not hold up well to squirrels. A rennick performance front splitter decapitates them nicely, however
