Just a heads up to my Pa brothers and sisters. The no texting and driving law is in effect starting today.

I have no idea how they will enforce it ,but it's a good idea not to do it anyway law or no law.

No texting, email, etc., while the vehicle is in motion. $50 fine and 1 point. It's also a primary violation, so you can be pulled over and cited for just that violation alone.

I was a texting ace on my old flip phones, but with these smart phones, there is no way I could drive at the same time.

yea texting on the flip phones 8 years ago was cake, could do it without ever looking at the phone. Im glad im old enough i knew what it was like before cell phones

California enforced this law about 6 years ago. Guess what? With stiff fines and all, it hasn't really worked.

If I'm stopped at a light, and I check my phone to reply to a text, is that still considered a violation? I suppose it could be since I'm technically operating the vehicle, albeit, stopped.

Steve, it's only a violation if you're in motion. Texting at a stop light is good-to-go.

It has LED headlights and wheel weights blacked out with Plasti Dip. It's Baller.
