lost all gauges and sensors

I washed the car last night and when I went to take off I noticed that I lost all my gauges , services lights and notices for Airbags , tire sensors side alert about anything that can come on ...car seems to run ok the cruise worked this morning but no dash light to confirm..When I first started it after the car wash issue ..everything was back to normal ..but this morning started fine in a minute issue was back now have alert back for everything and no dash gauges

Update from dealer is wire harness behind rear bumper has corroded connections ...going to replace rear harness

I had this problem as well. Mine turned out to be an issue with the power steering control module. It had corroded connections.

My dealer replaced that and the battery because the parasitic power draw had ****ed it. It took about 2 weeks for them to diagnose and then a week to fix.
