Curb Alert S/N 5Q131

I installed my curb alert in March of last year. The system worked as advertised until yesterday. When approaching a curb instead of the two beeps I get a constant tone like you get when you are calibrating the unit after initial installation. The only way to silence the tone is to disconnect the speaker. I also disconnected the front mounted sensor. I tried a re-calibration of the system. Same results.
I tried calling the number on the invoice, 614-289-3076. The number has been changed with no new number available.
I sent an email to the web site I purchased the unit. As of this time I have not heard back from them.
Does anyone know a good phone number for the curb alert technical support?

It looks like the manufacture is 'Vehicle Positioning, LLC. I found 2 companies with that name. 1st URL has their addresses. The 2nd URL is another company that sells the product. They may be able to get you a contact with the manufacture.

Thanks for the reply. I also found this web site last night. The web site has the same unusable phone number that is also listed on my invoice with the same company name.
The good news is, after disconnecting everything and letting the car sit over night I took the car out of the garage this afternoon and after the third re-calibration attempt was able to the unit to function properly.

The second web address may be the right one. At least there is a phone number to call. I tried the number but it is after their business hours. I will try again tomorrow and post my findings
