Looking for good shop around Portland, or area

Just a got a camshaft been looking around to get it installed and tuned but every shop I've contacted gives me an estimate of close to $3000. I've seen a few people posting they got there's done for around $1500 tuned is there somewhere around Portland/Gresham, or that I can get a decent price?
