Siri Eyes Free for 2013 MyLink
Hi, I have a 2013 MyLink.
I've read the Eyes Free support page here: http://www.chevrolet.com/content/dam...F/SiriFAQs.pdf And I'm wondering if anyone on this forum has found a way to upgrade your MyLink to enable Siri Eyes Free. From the Support page above Chevy says that Siri Eyes Free is only for the Spark. But I'm a software guy and I /have/ to believe that it'd be possible to update the 1LE My Link firmware and get Siri Eyes Free. Anyone have the inside scoop? |

Also curious. I have seen it advertised with an Equinox as part of one GM's Olympics commercials. I wonder if the dealer can upgrade the firmware on the '13s.

Let's go Rangers!

So far it's been a no go for our year, only works on the 14's.

No, there were hardware (and significant software) changes for 14; the spark/sonic use a completely different radio.
