Lg motorsports needs to make the full exhaust fit verts

I wanted the full lg exhaust with headers to the tips but they told me it won't fit. I love the sound of their whole system but I don't want a different axleback system with it. Hopefully they can do some work to make it fit!

I just installed the LG full system minus the mufflers as they told me they wouldn't fit. The issue I had is the 3" pipes really don't work with the factory tunnel braces. We could not get them to not hit the brace. The rattle is pretty annoying. I ordered the American Racing tunnel brace, supposed to be here today, which should fix the problem and tighten the whole car up.

I used Borla Touring mufflers and it sounds perfect for me, quiet at idle and cruise and loud when you push on the skinny pedal!

LG will be attending the Lone Star Corvette Classic (www.lonestarcorvetteclub.com) next weekend. I plan on doing an LG sytem on both of my cars (Camaro + Corvette). I will find out their status on this from Louis (Lou is probably busy campaigning)

Show your interest!

Good news everyone! But first I have to brag a bit. Lou Gigliotti and his whole crew (along with Any Pilgrim) came to our show and it was a blast! Lou took me for a ride in his modified Corvette ZR1 around the road course for a few laps - WOW! he can drive. I learned a lot from him, and we did a good amount of talking. Riding along with him was better than any ride at Cedar Point.

On to the question at hand... I asked if they had a status on a full system for convertibles. They said that there were a few projects that they were working on before they get started on making the Camaro system. For a convertible system to get pushed forward in line, there needs to be more interest. So, post here if you are interested, and I will pass the word on. Since LG is already a big sponsor of our club, they will probably use my car as a test mule.

Borla

I have the Borla Turing axle back , but want to have the total exhaust replaced on my convert. Don't like the coffin or butterfly valves.
Sounds like no headers work without throwing codes?
Sounds like no system yet for convert?

Trying to help here, but not sure if I understand completely...

there are PLENTY of cat-back exhausts out now for the verts, in fact, Flowmaster and now LG are the only one's I've heard of that don;t make a full system, and I did a LOT of research on this about 10 months ago, could only have gotten better since!. If your asking about headers- they're the same- coupe/vert...

Now- for the systems not clearing the tunnel brace- there are numerous aftermarket braces that will fit the 3" pipes. Solo Works comes to mind as one... when I did my flowmaster attempted install, the clearance on the tunnel was som inimal, 2 wshers would have fixed the issue without causing structural worries...

Hope this helps!
