2015 Z28 Diffuser Muffler Shield Part #?

Sorry if this has been answered, I search on the forum and only found part numbers for the entire diffuser for the z/28 or spring edition. However, I'm looking for a different part number. I recently purchase the Z/28 diffuser for a 2015 Camaro v6 model with only dual exhaust. However the z/28 diffuser opening for the exhaust is made for quad. Does anyone have the part # for the shield that makes it for one canistor like on the spring edition models?

Did you find anyone to swap the exhaust port trim pieces? I know a while back there were some guys looking. I'll try to dig up the thread and link yours if you're still looking.
