Thank you. Like Becky said, I still want one. BAD. But I will not.
Now I will smoke a GTAHVIT every now and then. |

Good update.
I have them up in early 2000. I know if I ever light one I might as well buy a carton because I'll just be a smoker again. Anyway, I miss it sometimes for sure.

I'm working on it right now, I quit for a year and then failed hard during a 36 hour Chicago to San Fran road trip. I've cut down to about 1/2 of where I was at and then just need to pick a date to stop. God it sucks...

Congratulations . It's not an easy task I tried many times . I have been smoke free since April 2003.

I chose benchmark days and gave myself a good lead time. The fist time I had told my mom when I was 21 that I'd quit at 25. Both times before I quit I can't say how many times I bought a pack of cigarettes and smoked one or two and then swore I was quitting and threw the rest of the pack away only to run out and buy another pack. Set a date, keep the date. It worked for me. The benchmark year helped a ton. I knew when I was 37 that there was no way I'd quit before 40 but that I WOULD quit at 40. You can make it happen. Just depends on what motivates you. So you just went past a decade. Very nice. |

I refused to try and quit AND diet. So I just allowed myself to gain it. Need to lose now. I would not be considered fat by most standards but I really am. |
