Moved to an Apartment complex and this happens

So I'm in the military and recently moved to the North East and have to live in an apartment complex. I normally take the train to work and leave my car parked. I noticed this one day and figured it was just dirt and pollen but all these little white specs are chips in the paint. I'm pretty upset and I think it was our apartment's lawn maintenance guys that did it. Its parked with a raised grassy area right in front of it so i can see them walking by with a mower blowing debris right at peoples cars.

Holy crap man!

That is some serious scuffing & chipping.

If mine, I would have the front bumper completely repainted and then once cured I would get a clear bra installed.

Another option, put a claim in to your insurance company and try to convince them of what you think happened, assuming your deductible is low enough to make it worth it. I seriously doubt you will get any sort of compensation from the apartment complex or lawn maintenance people, so that may be a wasted attempt...unless you have definitive proof.

But no matter what route you take, you need to find someplace safer to park. Good luck man!

Find out their mowing schedule. Then try to take a day off and catch them doing it again. Snap some photos and vids. Go to the owner of the mowing company. My 2 cents.

This is why when I mow my lawn I turn the blades off when a car is coming down my street

Don't chip up someone elses ride. Sorry to see that OP, I'd bring it up with the building management and hope they have a video

It is almost impossible to imagine grass clippings would do that to your car.
If the lawn is mowed on a regular basis it's unlikely even one stone would be thrown. I get grass clipping on the side of my car every week and don't have a chip.

Looks like road rash to me. Did you drive to the NE?

Yeah, and there doesn't appear to be any debris anywhere except for what looks like white sand on the bottom lips of both grills.

I did drive to NE but I have cleaned and hand waxed it twice already and it was fine. Then suddenly one day its like this. Only thing I can think of is angry lawn people. The car now sits most the time since I take a train into Boston.

I would certainly bring it to the attention for the complex manager...If you can prove that the mowing service did this they would be liable for the repair cost...I would also buy a cover for the car...
