Shattered Navigation Screen

ok guys to as a casualty of a "great" weekend I now have a shattered screen in my 2014 RS.. The radio, nav, and display are still functional, is there any place that repairs or replaces just the screen? head unit from the dealer is $1000 + install.. just looking for options before that dive!

Details are necessary. Was she wearing high heels when she hit the screen or was it her bare foot?

You might check your local salvage yard for a lower price or get them to get on the hotline and locate you one and plug the display into your existing unit or check with GEN 5DIY.

Unit cannot be repaired, at least not at a price level that anyone with a brain would actually pay.

You're better off replacing just the faceplate (that includes the screen). Luckily those are cheaper and i *believe* don't need to be married to the brain of the radio

I'll take the broken faceplate off your hands if you're just going to toss it

Are you 100% sure it is shattered? I had not driven my Camaro for a week or two, then drove it only to become quite terrified while looking at the MyLink screen. It was blank and had some really weird lines going through it. The screen certainly was not responsive to touch commands and I thought it was shattered. Parking the car outside some amount of time in the warm sun made a difference, and when I started the car back up, the MyLink screen was fine. Hope your case turns out ok.
