would like to know the sale prices for them if totaled. The bodies are messed up, but that would still be one bad ass drivetrain hidden beneath all that damage (and an angry one )

I wasted my time before trying to buy a hail damaged vehicle in Colorado. They were not this badly destroyed but were still beat. Dented everywhere, broken rearview mirror glass.
The greedy dealer advertised huge discounts on them. False. A repaired vehicle is never perfect. It might still have waves in it or mismatched paint or paint that fades years earlier than the factory finish. Good quality paint properly applied will come closer to matching the factory finish. If you are in an accident you have no choice, but buying a damaged vehicle, that's why there is reduced value to it.
These dealers had all the damage estimated and on the one I was looking at it was $3500 in damage. Had dents everywhere. It likely would have been repaired poorly (at my expense and time and risk to find a good body shop) with bondo all over it. Because of the damage all the vehicles were sold as "salvage titles". That means it's worth about 1/3rd less AFTER it's completely repaired, or half or less priced if not yet repaired. These idiots were trying to take only the repair costs of $3500 from the Full sticker price as the "big sale". They should have knocked a few thousand off the sticker to get to a normal deal price, then deducted the repair price, then the diminished value of salvage title of another $10 grand. As always the dealer hassled me around for hours before refusing any rational offer price. A few unfortunate people got caught up in the fake discount and purchased overpriced damaged vehicles. Talk about a case of buyer's remorse later.
The video vehicles could be done the same way or sent to auction. Maybe in AL they won't be arsholes like CO and sell them at reasonable prices.

Not sure if that was a messenger on the link but some pathetic people with comments. It is amazing but not funny at all.

Just my opinion not trying to start a debate.

Luckily they were able to get some of the Z06's inside.

Looks like some of the hail must have been softball sized. I grew up in Birmingham (less than an hr south of Cullman) and tornadoes and the hail that can accompany them are common in north Alabama but never seen hail damage even close to that.

Link did not work for me either but, I have dealt with this before. Another reason I do not live in Texas anymore. We had a pristine 1984 Camaro Berlinetta and a 1986 C10 truck that in 1992 were totaled by a hail storm with hail stones as big as 2 softballs glued together landing in our yard. We had 3 of 4 vehicles totaled at our house that night. Pus broken window in the kitchen and a ruined roof. My blue truck and my wife's Camaro Berlinetta was hit again in 1995. That night we had baseball size hail stones that actually penetrated the roof. Luckily the back glass on the Berlinetta didn't get broken either night. Dealers had hail damaged vehicles on sale for the next two years. What was really bad was the Buz Post body shop had almost all the cars on their lot damaged or totaled while parked waiting to be repaired. Hail storms are no joke.
