Performance traction control
Does anyone know if you can upgrade the traction control system in the ss to match the "performance traction control" system of the zl1?

Not without adding the eLSD you can't. The cost of that alone would probably cost more than $6,500 price of the 1LE package which comes with the performance traction management system.
