Nature's mod: fall weather
Does anyone else get a heavier foot than normal when fall temperatures come around (50-60 degrees)? It seems to be the perfect meeting point for muscle-car (pony-car for the snobs) performance - cooler engine temps but not cold enough for rock-hard-rubber traction to be an issue. After a long summer of sitting in traffic, empty roads on cool fall nights really bring out the immature kid in me and I know that I can't be the only one. I'd be curious to see the correlation between fall temperatures and speeding tickets among camaro/corvette/mustang/challenger/charger owners.

Oh yes, went for a spirited drive today, leaves are just in the beginning stages color change, most are still on the trees but it is still pretty green. 50's and sunny means play time with my SS

Cold starts in the garage with the cam lope just make me want to take the long route to work. Love it when the temp drops.
Obviously the tire spin becomes an issue but a fe seconds of spin heats the Pilot SS up pretty quick and it will grab and surprise me.
