JD Powers Survey
The JD Powers surveys are real! I received and completed mine on my new 2016 Camaro. It was great to be able to honestly answer that I have had no problems. The only place I could not give top marks was when it asked a rating for rear seats. I couldn't honestly rate them top compared to other cars. Otherwise it was top marks with no negative marks about quality. Thank you Chevrolet and you're welcome.

Of course they are real. The survey going out now is the IQS, initial quality survey. They go out within 1st 6 months of ownership. Got mine yesterday with the enclosed dollar, gave them good marks as my car has been trouble free.
Usually theres another one after the first year. |

I received mine. I've had plenty of issues. My car has been in probably 6 or 7 times. It's actually there now. Although I wouldn't say any of it has been major other than the fuel level sensor not working, I will be sure to be honest on it
