These rear calipers should be a free exchange for cars that came from the factory with the upgraded fronts (and mismatched front/rear caliper color). It's absurd that GM put calipers on with mismatched colors in the first place.

im just posting what they show on their website...i can email them and find out more info for you if you like but pretty sure they wouldn't be selling something on their site without testfitting it and making sure it fits

per brembo
Looking at the SS version, the Calipers (4-Piston) are 2pc, whereas the Brembo upgrade we supply are Monobloc’s. Regarding the rear “parking brake”, doing a bit of research without talking to the engineer, it does show that a parking brake shoe still engages the inside of the drum/bell of the rear disc. So adding the larger 1pc disc doesn’t change this function from remaining effective. For the 2016 model, the Front 1pc is shows for LT and SS, but the Rear is only shown for SS model (Which comes with the factory Brembo calipers). It seems the forum post is in relation to the “non-Brembo setup” non-Brembo setup, non-drum parking brake?

Really need to see some kinda of images of the conversion kit to see how they deal with the Parking brake modification if it is suppose to work on the RS/LT. Because the wiring between the RS/LT & SS are different also. edit: Just in case of some confusion, earlier i was talking about rear brembo's on RS/LT and this response was maybe confusion on what i read of your post and saw you mentioned SS after posting. |

Seems confirmed to me that this GMPP part is for SS cars. Not LT cars.

Agree - looks like they are SS versions powder coated to match the 6 piston Brembo red. Here is a photo of mine after I had them powder coated to match.
