Looking to do some track days and would like to purchase some front tow hooks
I have seen them but keep forgetting to ask where they purchased them
I have a 12 SS

You could buy a set of tow hooks at most auto parts places, and install them yourself. They are great if you ever have to get towed otherwise normally if you need to be yanked out of a ditch most tow truck drivers will hook up to a suspension piece or bumper risking cosmetic or mechanical damage. I believe most tow hooks are a universal fit btw

Tip:
Install on the passenger side. That way if you ever needed to be towed with it, you could at least still see around the truck pulling you..
Not everyone thinks about that.

Or in my case, since the car is driven year round, I installed it on the drivers side so that if I put it in the ditch during a snow storm it's closer and a straighter pull for the truck helping me out...

Good tip. Also, if the chain/strap/rope breaks or slips off the tow vehicle, it won't come flying straight back at your face.

Attaches to the key fob once it's in the ignition.

Sorry, couldn't help myself. The bracket bends 90deg and fits tight against the back side of the metal bumper behind the fascia and attaches with 2 through bolts. The bolts are just there to keep it in place and take lateral forces. All the forward pulling force is transmitted directly to the rigid steel bumper since the bracket wraps around behind it.
