Your tool box must look like a scene out of a horror movie.

That's going to scratch the hell out of your paint. First time you drag the kayak on the roof or one of those crappy foam pads slides or rubs on the paint....scratch city...

I'm not trying to be mean, but why do people insist on making a Camaro a utility vehicle? We have had it all here on C5. Does anyone remember the posts about the guy wanting mud tires on his car? Or how about taking it fishing without getting stuck? Hauling lumber(understandable I guess if it's spur of the moment)...but seriously? Just some things I would never do, but just my opinion I guess.

Small, but effective mod list:

Roto-Fab Intake, TSP 2" Long tubes, TSP catless mids, MSD spark plug wires, stock catback, Elite Catch Can, APEX washer relocation and scoop, VMAX throttle body, Diablo InTune-Tuned by Matt@FSP, and a JacFab license plate bracket.

My other car is a convertible, gave up my SUV for the Camaro. Don't want to get a third car.

Trying to see my options

I thought ALL fifth gens came with that.

I realize this thread is from a while back but just saw it, but if OP by chance sees it again here is another option. I had racks on my prior car but didn't want them on my Camaro. Got a tow hitch so I could pull a trailer and also use it for hauling bikes with a bike hauler that goes into the receiver. I understand some might think it's sacrilegious, but it works for me and I'm quite happy with it.

To each their own, if you want to haul stuff with "your" camaro by all means do it.
