Price Check.
Hey guys. I'm thinking of purchasing a 2017 1LE. I've got the Dealer to knock off a little over $5 grand off MSRP. Plus they are paying to have it trailered to them from another Dealership 700 plus miles away.
I know the 17' MY has came to a close. I also know that as soon as the 18's hit the car lots they will drop even more. My question is to those that have made recent purchases....am I doing ok on this deal? |

I got 4G off from a GM discount here is Canada plus 2G from a dealer (pretty much the max I got quoted from any dealer I spoke to). Given that they seemm rare to come by (2017s) at this stage I'd say your discount is pretty good especially that ours cost more given the FX. You could take a chance and wait for GM 16-20% sale likely next month but that car could be gone tomorrow and then you'll have to order and WAIT for 2018...

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, basically 2-3k off supplier pricing. Since the 2018MY 1LE is basically the same car I'd go for it.

20% off should be happening later in the year. That price is fine for right now though

This car is a superb value in comparison to GT350 which is pretty much equal track performance wise. It also far surpasses it engineering wise IMO. Getting 10+% discount is just extra gravy GO for it!

You're getting a great price then. The options on my 1LE were an additional $8,300 for the 1LE package, PDR and paint. So, if you can get it, buy it! There's not many 1LE 's left out there in inventories.

Thanks guys. I don't see these getting down to 20 percent off. There's not enough of them in Dealer stock to warrant it.

Sounds pretty good, especially considering what others have gotten on the 1LE! I've got a plan to get an even better discount, but will post it in a new thread.
