new squash return-less system?
Any more details on this setup? Power it will support? When it will be available?

Don't know about the return-less style, but I just purchased the full return style. It's said too hold up to 1200hp if not more, I'm just working out some details with the shop and then I'll be heading that way. From my last car I had, if you're looking to go big hp, go with the return style.

I got a hold of Andy to pop in and answer questions. Hopefully he will be along soon. I have the return-style system as well and it works exceedingly well. I like knowing I won't have to buy another fuel system unless I go crazy with over 1200rwhp.

Do they have the returnless system on their site? If so, I missed it the other night when I was looking.

I know there's returnless style for other cars, but not for the Camaro, unless we both missed something.

I now see the one for the G8. It uses the C5 Corvette fuel filter/regulator and just loops the return line from the filter right back into the pump. Could probably do the same thing with the Camaro setup.

The G8 version will not work on the Camaro due to the FPCM.
Squash does have a returnless system due out probably late december or early January. The returnless system wil include a replacement FPCM type module which will require tuning to disable the factory FPCM. I can have squash chime in here to clarify. These pump systems are AMAZING though. I did run one in my G8. They are top notch! I did run the C5 filter though Last edited by Jessika; 11-27-2012 at 11:09 PM. |

The returnless electronic system uses a replacement FSCM like Jessika mentioned. It's due out at the end of December.

Andy will have to answer the HP support question. |

I stole this from the original Squash thread...
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=201857 Compared to the CTS-V pumps: - Ours flows a lot more fuel, almost 50% more - You don't need to change the other sending unit and crossover line in the tank. We reuse the stock parts - O-ring sealed fittings for fuel. If you are going to run a return line with the V unit the bulkhead style fitting doesn't seal well on the plastic lid - Each pump is powered separately. You can run a Hobbs switch on one pump and leave the other on all the time if you like. The V unit has them wired together - Our supports up to 100psi supply pressure if you need it - When our FSCM finishes testing you will have a 1500hp system that requires no return line or external regulator - With our system you will always need to run an external filter though. The V setup has this built into the bucket assembly. Our upcoming plug and play kits use a GM filter outside of the tank. |

I should correct one thing - our system flows 100% more than the V setup, twice as much. Two 190lph pumps and small passages in the V vs. two 400+lph pumps and nice large passages in ours.
