Kooks LT to factory exhaust

Will kooks LTs with high flow cats bolt directly to the factory exhaust or will there be some cutting required?

No worries, should be a perfect fit. Installed Kooks LTH's with Kooks HFC's to my car and it connected perfectly with the OEM NPP exhaust. Sounds freaking awesome, BTW.
