I'm 21 and I'm currently saving up for a camaro. I'm a full time student and I try to work as many hours as my schedule will allow. I'm shooting for next April! Prayer, hard work, and determination will get me there!

20. Got the car at 18. Been saving up for it since I was 7 lol
Saved up about 8k for downpayment. Parents bought it as a gift for following though with their expectations.
So I didn't pay for the car myself. But I love my car and treat it like gold!
Anyways I pay about $80-100 a week on gas and $550 a month for insurance. And that's with a clear record and all the discounts. It's actually pretty good in comparison to the average insurance rate here
So I'm spending about a grand a month just onthe car let alone University and other things

Dad bought me my camaro back when I was in college.

Now I work and pay for all the mods myself.

I'm cooler than you.

This thread is going to turn into a huge flamefest.

I saved up for 8 months to get the $16,000 down, then the rest I'm making payments on.

Also OP, it's "their" not, "there".

No need for me to upgrade to a new car every few years. My ls1 with my mods will take down any 5th gen in stock form. That's all I care about. As long as its clean still and I get a good deal when that time comes. Best thing to do after I beat my friends 5th gen is ask how much did you pay for that car man? I'm not sure if I will be buying the new ss or the 5.0 though. Dealers are crazy what they want for 2010 camaros. 2011 5.0 with 100miles are 22grand I seen cheapest vs a 2011 ss with 10k priced at 35grand. BS...
