5 inch motor setback

I plan on doing some no prep stuff the 2020 season so decided to move the motor back since I'm redoing all my turbo piping anyways. This is the first time setting the motor in, it will need to go in/out a few more times to get clearance I'm happy with

How is this affecting I/C and does the rear suspension need any adjustments?

Yes I will be extending ic, center of gravity will be moved back so it shouldn't need to transfer as much weight, having more on the rear tires.

Thank you!

Got the mid plate in after a lot more cutting. Header clearance is going to be close so I ordered those. Before welding the plates in I will make sure clearance is good

Looks like your gonna need to open up the trans tunnel even further back to from looking at the pictures so the trans sits in there. Certainly awesome watching you accomplish this motor set back. A lot of work but should definitely be worth it when done.

Its gonna be close, no doubt about it. I'm gonna lower the motor about a 1/4" as well so that should help a teeny tiny bit lol. But I'm fully prepared to cut more. I ain't scared

Do you need a new, custom length driveshaft with this monstrous monstrosity, with moving it back 5 inches?

Should just be a straight 5 inches off and a rebalance but I'll remeasure to be sure. Any weight I can get off this 4 inch steel shaft the better lol
