Road Race slicks, but same concept. Must be nice to have a caged C5Z and two sets of CCWs.

Because he's a waxer and not a racer? All he's doing is being a ***** and trailering his stock car home. I flew down to Florida after having bought my GTO; one of the last 100 untitled GTOs in the country, and optioned the way I wanted, from a dealer, and drove it back to NY in a weekend.
Folly. The only reason to ever tow a stock car on street tires is if it broke down, you're dropping the car off, or you're moving and you have to drive the moving truck and noone else is allowed to drive your baby.

The sea-doo will not be a problem. I agree that the Camaro shouldn't be used a tow rig but some people like to have fun and can't afford another car plus insurance. My brother had a hidden hitch on his 02 WS.6 and pulled a small trailer with a honda odyssey on it (the old honda mini dune buggys, not the minivan) and he also would tow a two place jet-ski trailer with 2 sea-doo XP's. The 5th gen has more than enough power and like you said trans and oil coolers. It would be smart to add some subframe connectors though.

I wouldn't recommend it because it just seems wrong, but I'm sure the car will be able to handle a Waverunner.

It starts with a big V8, and then people start wanting to tow stuff. Finally, you end up with a monster Camaro driven by some degenerate named Bubba. Don't tow with your Camaro.

I just thought I'd quote this, because it seems like everyone went straight past it. Towing shouldn't be a problem, at least it wasn't for the test cars
