Make sure you buy the MM adapter for the holley valve covers. I forgot to order mine and had to wait a few more days to install mine.

Cool. I have the Holley tall LS valve covers on my engine. Had them powder coated to match the rest of the undercover items. I gave a set away last year just like the ones you are getting when I went to the tall ones. I also have the Accel coils.

Is yours the restrictor on the vacuum side or is it something else?

As far as I know they only used the restrictor on the L99. It is the adapter that's in the drivers side valve cover. If he truly has a LS3 manual then he just has the valley cover to the intake going on like yours should be.

The Holley tall valve covers seem to be the cause of most of my problems. I've been working with MM to reduce the amount of oil getting sucked into my Whipple. I already have his restrictor on the vacuum side of the can and will be trying a modified hose layout when everything goes back together again.

Does your engine not have a valley cover port on it that goes from your valley port to your intake manifold? Or is that the way it used to be when it was stock?

It did stock but the Whipple instructions have you cap it. When I reroute the hoses, I am going to put the fresh air from the intake elbow to the valley port ( instead of the passenger side valve cover) and both valve covers to a Y fitting then to the inlet side of the can. We're trying to reduce how much oil can get sucked from the valve cover.

I don't think the tall valve covers are a problem with N/A but the Whipple creates a ton of vacuum and actually sucks quite a bit from the valve cover.

Naahhhh brother. You will be good with the setup myself and NoDakZ28 showed you, and everyone else on your N/A engine. With the SC like larry says, it sucks a LOT of air in where our N/A setups don't. Don't over think things, you'll be alright.

I almost bought the wrong one, I don't have any breather valves coming out of my V-Covers, just the valley port going to my Intake Manifold.
