Play that on acoustic and I'll be impressed.

He's definitely a great player with blazing speed, but to me the faster he goes the less sound comes out. The really fast stuff sounds like mush to me. I guess that's the point though since it's a speed competition.

Sorry but when it comes to acoustic IMO nobody can touch the aussie Tommy Emmanuel. This gut started when he was 4 or 5 years old. Never realized there was a bass guitar as well as a lead, so he learned to play both parts at the same time. I'd give BOTH nuts (hey I'm 51 and not really using them anymore anyway) to play like this guy but it ain't ever going to happen. He has some incredible Youtube videos, can play Classical Gas live (the author of that song had to do it in parts in the studio and couldn't play it live). His Beatles Medley is awesome, heck everything the guy plays is awesome!!!!!!!!!
You owe it to yourself to check out some of his many other Youtube videos.
