Lowering the c7

Went to see the c7 in person and the stock ride height shows a gap of 4inches from well to tire. That's 2 inches too much!

What will be the cheapest best way to lower? Lowering bolts?

Does anyone have knowledge of the lowering bolt setup for c6s? How much of a drop do the bolts allow?

I think a 1.5 to 2'inch drop would look amazing!

1" on all corvettes, the lowering adjustment is the same!
This link will show you how

I believe it allows a drop of 1" but you are advised to check the alignment and such after.

I ordered a z51. Saw the z51 and the gap in the wells were huge. Maybe the springs hadn't settled in to its natural height as the c7 was a demo.

Lowered ours first day...in 20 minutes. Still going to align it to see how far it's off.

Same bolts as the ones in my C6Z

I lowered mine yesterday too in my driveway. I didn't go all the way down - I left about a quarter inch from the bushing on all four corners. I measured it at around a .75 inch drop front and rear. Here are before and after pics:

Looks stellar. Great job! Anyone in the South Florida area who wants this done - we can do it at our new facility in Fort Lauderdale. We're looking to build a strong C7 clientele base and love to help folks out with these beautiful machines.
