Some people think it is "wrong" to be putting 1LE parts and pieces on a non 1LE car, i.e. posing as something you're not. Personally I think it's your car, do with it as you wish. I may not like what someone does, but then I have the option of just not doing the same to mine...

Only thing I have issue with is people putting a SS badge on a base model, or a Cobra on a non-cobra Mustang, etc. Aero mods like this, whatever.

It's not like I put 1LE accessories on my 4-cylinder. I like the wing, think it should be been more like that to begin with, and added it. If a 1LE owner is offended and wants to call me a 'poser' I think that says more about his or her insecurities and why they bought their car.

Yeah, but I have seen a number of 5th gen v6's that have the front and rear of a ZL1.. and some people do not like it, think it dilutes the image when that v6 gets challenged and spanked by a Mustang GT.

Oh I do not disagree with you. I really like the 1LE aero pieces.. Wing is pricey but beautiful. I'm pretty much in the same boat as Tommy, tasteful aero pieces do not bother me.

I think most people don't care what you do for looks, aero, whatever, but if you put a badge on of something you are not then in their eyes you are an imposter. Especially if they worked really hard to get a car like that. They have a lot of pride in their car, and who doesn't here.
