New owner from NJ

Hello all, just want to introduce myself here as i just recently picked up a 2015 Camaro with the 3.6. This is my second one, as ive had a 2011 RS years ago. Always loved the 5th gens, and honestly i really do still prefer these over the look of the 6th gens.

This is gonna be my daily driver so i dont plan on tearing her apart too much from a performance standpoint ( i think these are quick enough stock ) as i have a 1984 Buick Regal with a cammed 350 sbc thats worked to the moon when i want to go fast 🤣 but in terms of reliability and making it last, i immediately purchased and
installed an Elite catch can and an Elite clean side seperator. I changed a couple hoses and lines to heavier duty ones, installed a k&n typhoon CAI, cleaned the MAF sensor, and installed a strut tower brace, filled it up with good gas and a bottle of cleaner. I also dressed up the engine bay a little bit to make it look a little better with the engine cover off.

Glad to be a part of the community here, i see theres a ton of information and seems like a great group of people here!

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
