Same here. Never flown, probably never will. Not particularly worried about the flight. The whole "airport experience" is what keeps me away. (Let's just say I wouldn't want pictures of....me....ending up on some security screener's hard drive or website.)

Besides, why would I fly when I enjoy driving so much?:updown:

BELIEVE ME, THE AIRPORT EXPERIENCE ISN'T AS BAD AS YOU THINK IT IS.

FLYING ON THE HAND, IS A WHOLE OTHER EXPERIENCE, YOU HAVE NO CONTROL....IT DRIVES ME CRAZY, AND I FREAK OUT AT EVERY MOVEMENT! ASK MY HUBBY....HE SITS ACROSS THE ISLE.

Seriously, what is it with people and a fear of flying/airplanes? I seriously.. seriously don't understand it and that's the honest to god truth.

I can kinda understand flying in small airplanes (I'm a mechanic and even I was a little weirded out my first time in a 172) but now it's old hat. However flying in something like a 737 is like riding in a bus.

So apparently there are people out there with an inherent fear of buses?
