I wouldn't buy a car/truck with that kind of mileage on it because experience has taught me that little (and sometimes big) sh*t starts crapping out all the time once a car hits 100-120k. So while the truck is a decent deal...one should expect it to come with a fairly steady repair bill soon enough.
