I've been talking with a tech back and forth and he's configured the port for the ps3 and everything. I'm even now not using the internet connection sharing and running an Ethernet straight from the port to the ps3 but the request for the IP keeps timing out on me. I'm stumped. I'm going to buy another Ethernet cable and factory reset the system and hope that works

For the record haven't started the install yet but thought of a hilarious idea! I should make a thread in the DIY section titled "Kjkjr27's Epic failure of installs" and use that for all the installs haha.

I think you need a wrench holding one side and then unscrew on the othet side
