Growing up in OH, NASCAR wasn't popular everyone went to Indy racing. Then I moved to NC and OMG, this is NASCAR country. I've grown to enjoy it. Can't afford it though. Flew to FL this July and went to my first Daytona Race with my brother. My ticket was $150. Been to 8 tracks would love to go to Vegas but it's during hockey season and I can't get off work.

Yes, it's boring - only if you watch it on tv. It's kinda like hockey, you can't follow the game cause all you see is the camera on the puck - same with racing.

Plus, there's tailgating (yes Nick, lots of Corona).....
