I drink atleTpst 6 16 oz bottles a day i just made sure to have 8oz with each meal i drank in between also! Idont think i have peed every hour ever in my life lol 3-4 times a day even if i drink 10 16 oz bottles suppose i just went to try to pee i could but i dont get the urge all that often. Well if i caneat more protien then i will mix my tuna with egg and eat it on a peice of wheat bread. I dont like shakes and as i mentioned before it makes me nauseated around workouts. Now i could take a pill but i really dont have the extra change to spend on supplements unless i find a good way to substitute something i normally buy. Great suggestions guys keep it coming!

It is pre cut and packaged. Almost every supermarket around here has them, they just hide the good stuff.

Again, I find it in most supermarkets, usually it's not with the breads but at the deli counters

It doesn't matter as long as you don't fry it. They usually come 4 in a package so I bake or broil all 4 and freeze them so I can nuke then real quick and be done with it, same as chicken. I buy Perdue perfect portions, they are individually packed in 4-5 oz pieces. I cook them all and freeze for quick access.

Hi everyone I still haven't given up trying to
lose weight, just not making much progress

I do have a question for anyone that might be able
to help. I go to a bootcamp twice a week. Love it
but sometimes I will get over heated and it makes me
sick to my stomach. I can stop, walk, catch a breeze
or even stand out in the snow to cool down and about
10 mins or so, can go back to exercise. Usually I'm OK
from that point, it doesn't happen everytime. Does
anyone have any idea how to prevent it from happening?
Yes I'm over 50, memopausal but not really having any
serious issues with hot flashes. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.

Sex burns calories anytime. There has been a recent study that proves when a man or woman has an orgasim hormones are released that have been proven to aid in muscle growth

Hi Becky. This is very common, elevated heart rate, body temp and heavy breathing often cause nausea. Everyone is different but often a small meal before working out(at least 20 min) will help.

I threw up 4 times my first week of bootcamp. Its getting ur heart rate up changing bp and shaking around the junk in our stomach that causes it. I find i cannot eat before workout because it makes me nauseated and refluxy. I do however try to get a good bottle of water down 20 min before and sip on my water while i workout instead of guzzling. Also some say room temp water prevents nausea vs ice cold. Its all about what u need and u just have to trial and error to find what works
