Hey Jo! I can attest to having no net for an extended period. Mower + Exposed cable line = OH SHI-! And it happened on a holiday weekend. Thank god they brought in a trencher tool to rebury the line away from where part of our creek bank is eroding.

By the by, anyone see Inception yet? Saw it yesterday and it seriously got me paranoid thinking whether or not my permagrin 4th gen style was real or a dream. Kinda like an old school Matrix reaction when that first came out..

Still kinda "Is this real? Which is the dream.." because Christine is still up for sale a few miles away at the lot I traded her in at.

Hmm ... my car is dead right now. I suspect major electrical problem. First clue was that absolutely nothing worked. Not the remote unlock, not the dome light, let alone turning over the engine. Checked the voltage on the battery (which I bought in October) ... 1.7V, not good. Tried to charge it ... wouldn't go above 8V, but at least the lights were turning on. Tried to start it with a power pack, killed the interior lights

Seems there is a common problem on Grand Ams with corrosion on the battery cables, so I'll check them first. But I suspect there will be other problems that aren't as easy to fix.

Morning (errr... afternoon) hoes. Just got back from a meet/cruise to stillwater for Eskimo Joe's 35th birthday. Also the first meet/cruise that I had a camaro for.

DG - sounds like its either a corrosion issue or a dead cell (or two) in the battery. If cleaning the cables doesn't fix it, try getting the battery tested.
