kids get away with so much.

We were allow nothing electronic and had a strict dress code. I can't believe what kids wear to school in the morning. I see them walking with there short booty shorts and see-through tops.

My school system had a dress code too, but majority of the teachers either didn't want to enforce it or didn't care.

But I don't get the point in it because at college the stuff people wear..... as well as the general public.

Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

I liked them because our GPA scale was weighted for them. So a B for an Honors course was a 3.5 instead of a 3.0. Basically you could slack off a little and still be all right.

I went to private school. So I had the epitome of a dress code.

I didn't mind it much actually. Didn't have to find clothes to wear in the morning, it was always the same.

Maybe, but that weighted GPA doesn't carry over to other schools when they look at your transcript.

It did for me.

I don't even remember what my HS GPA was. 3.4 maybe. I got really lazy towards the end of junior year and all of senior year.

That is a rarity then as I understand.

My high school GPA was 3.5? I was lazy all of it and took a crap ton of honors and AP classes.

We can use them as long as the teacher says so.

Yea hate my city.

I don't either pay attention to many people on here.

I remember Honors and AP classes. Waste of time and money. When you get to college don't do honors, FYI.
Honors saved me last year. That extra .5 on my GPA. went a long way. Plus, I'm not going to college.

I'm in a public school.
I am surprised teachers let students use them.

Haha, yea a .5 can be a make or break for any student. Hmm not going to college? Then why the honors and AP?

Public School FTMFW!
