Contrary to what you state above there is a lot more value than "entertainment value" to what I posted but you have to have an open mind because the principles go so against everything that most have been programmed to think with regards to strength training.

I don't recall every saying that you should apply WS principles though I may have. I'm not a spring chicken either. There are certainly some things you could apply that would probably improve your gym lifts. Just saying....not saying that you personally should undertake everything....just learn some things that you may not know.

I told July when Moniques brother gets married I'm coming

Tomorrow is the last chance to hit the gym before my wedding. Then to the Bahamas' for a week. I think there is a gym on the ship but chances I will use it are nearly 0 lol! So tomorrow might be a lil total body workout.

Well I'll be damned. Im hitting shoulders traps too!

Today will be a good day tater.

Anyways, CFD I have started a log over on BB.com about my 12 week plan.
I went from 255 last year down to 217 at my lowest. Over the past few months i have gained a few pounds + some muscle and got back up to 230.

Currently sitting at 225 ( just below) But I am aiming to hit #200 hopefully sub 10% body fat. Its going to be a big year for me.

There is a good chance that I could even start my own gym pending a the selling of a house.

Nice. I did shoulders and abs last night. (traps are automatically considered part of my shoulder routine.)
Triceps and abs today.

That's great to hear, I see you've been bouncing up and down a little, is that on purpose (muscle gaining) or a diet issue. If it's diet starting a log will be of great benefit so you can see what's going on and adjust as needed. Good luck with the sale of the house, will it be a gym for your own use or more of a members only gym?

I normally only do one workout per day but today is an exception SNOW SUCKS lol. Had to clear 15" at my house followed by a break to drive to my shop and clear another 15". As soon as I can feel my toes and get some food in me I'll be hitting the gym, if I don't fall asleep first. LOl

M%$#^R F&^%&%R. I don't f*&^&^ING believe it. I think I may have just blown out one of my hernia patches.

Its my own fault and I deserve it. After being called weak lol I figured I'd shit or get off the pot so I was doing dead lifts at my usual working weight of 275, I've been staying under 300 because that's when I feel discomfort where one of the patches is. I'm sick of not adding weight at this lift so I decided to see what I can do because I have so much more in me. Well I did a few sets building up to 350 without to much discomfort and the pulls were easy, I put 360 on the bar where as it felt light at 350 and no sooner than I started the lift I felt something pop. I'm not in any pain right now but right where the scar is on my right side it feels like two walnuts under my skin, I knew I shouldn't do it but like an ass I did it anyways. I don't know for sure what I did because there is no pain but man it doesn't feel right.

It was more of I started a long distance relationship/ where I travel a lot/ just not caring about my diet. Def my own fault.

Yes the log is going to help.

I had a feeling it was a diet issue. Sometimes life happens, just tighten your belt and keep at it, you were headed in the right direction so you have an idea what to do, if you need any help with constructing a nutrition plan I'll be glad to help again.
