Just checking in before I leave Ft. Lauderdale and head back home to NC.
The Florida Keys were GREAT. Some dang good "people" watching at that place. Found some really fun bars and had more than my share of margaritas too. The races were excellent too in Daytona. You can tell they took a big hit due to the ecomomy - the entire backstretch was EMPTY... We were at the end of pit road near turn 1, great seats 39th row - tickets were $140 about average. I unfortunately have to change planes this time, in Tampa then stratight to Raleigh, be home for lunch (then back to bed).. I think I'm still feeling the margeritas.. Later... |
