Personally, I think it's Sasha or Aaron. It may be nothing, but in the last scene, right before he Luciled whomever it was, you could see his shadow passing by Rick (to Ricks left). And then he (Negan) sort of shrugged to his right when he mentioned cutting out Carl's eye. So Rick was on Negan's left, Carl on his right, and the only two people in between them were Sasha and Aaron.

Watched the ending on youtube again. I want to see waht happens next season then Im done. I think I need closer I guess. I thought last years was Brutal. Not now after this. I just want breaking bad back. Heard they are starting it again. Guessing it will be around jessie's life.

Very good observation. i thought it was Eugene or possibly Abraham before reading this but very likely will be those two.

The person who said it was on Ricks left were correct. Yuo can see the shadow on Ricks left cheek.

I watched the scene over 15-20 times to pay attention to the trees in the background based on who he was standing in front of and if I had to guess it is Eugene, or Aaron. The full forest gave it away. When he was on ricks right side yuo sould see a pair of thick trees that made a V shape. It was not in the scene when he made the striking blows.

It won't be Sasha because there is no impact, it won't be Carl because no one knows if this is Ricks journey like the comics, or Carls version as many things are different than in the comics.

If Vegas put bets on the line I'd put damn good money on Eugene or Aaron.

I hope it's all of them then jeffrey dean morgan beats himself to death and the series ends. Sorry but the negan character could have been cast with someone SO much better than that guy. But who would have been better? Off the top of my head in no particular order...

vincent d'onofrio - 1/2 gomer pile 1/2 carl from the cell
zach mcgowan - black sails
nick cage - yeah, nick cage because he does bat shit crazy so well
benicio del toro - jackie boy in sin city plus he's just weird anyway
ryan hurst - son's of anarchy
eli roth - grindhouse, death proof plus the bear jew swings a wicked mean bat etc
kurt russel - think snake plissken with zero fk's

For me daryl has lost his edge. That's why I have dvr'd the show for the last two seasons. The whole group has lost their edge and this season is proof positive the writers can't come up with anything creative any more. Hey, here's a great idea. Let's get all the main characters together in a RV and drive around the back roads with minimal force protection and a sick pregnant woman. Meanwhile people with no training are defending the entire town lead by crazy priest who seems less crazy but you just know he is going to snap and run off into the woods with the baby and start the first church of judith. People die, it's the effing zombie apocalypse. Just tired of week to week watching rick act more like a bitch. Next season he should curl up on the couch with dread locks and they can sip hot coco ask each other what the other is thinking or he can be the spokes person for tampax. Good lord. Make it all stop.

I've watched the show from the beginning and it's losing steam, it's become very repetitive. It needs a "Holy shyt did that just fking happen moment" and killing off the "lovable tough guy" delivers that and changes the course of the show. They should pick up on the next season with Negan smashing Daryl's face apart, anything else will miss the mark.
