Well. My 8 year old half sister I see a couple times a week, I hardly ever see my 13 year old step brother anymore (Me and him were really close), and my 17 year old step sister is an unstable smoker and drug addict that has no money. I only see her a couple times a year.

I won't disagree on that - but knowing what it is does not mean reading it.

My 12 year old niece and 9 year old nephew asked my sister one day what a playboy bunny was and my sister, not wanting to tell them said she didn't know - so my nephew goes to my niece "we'll google it later" - so my older nephew (16) said to my sister "you have to tell them now" so my sister just explained it was a woman who takes her top off or something and they were both grossed out but the point is -- if she hadn't said something, they'd have googled it and GOD ONLY KNOWS what they'd be seeing.

At 16, you are old enough to know what the books about in general - doesn't mean we are pasting in exerpts or anything.

i would have told them it was a special bread of bunny. looks like a regular rabbit. they would have forgot all about it within a few minutes. lmao

You can - but kids are smart enough to know when you are fibbing and I'd rather just fudge the truth to get them to NOT look it up
